Duckload.com was an instant hit among file sharers, when it was first launched.
Europe on 8 June 2011 witnessed one of the biggest busts in the piracy-related stories from raid streaming Portal KINO popular films.
More than a dozen people connected to the site were arrested after police officers in Germany, Spain, France and the Netherlands to RAID several residential addresses and data centers.
Kino posting illegal content is not indexed, but material stored on the file hosting and other services.
Most of the duckload’s content were mirrored on Kino.to’s servers. So duckload.com=Kino.to
Kino.to has been a thorn in the side for the film industry for many years.
The video streaming portal is particularly popular in German speaking countries, and with four million visitors per day, was among the 100 most visited websites in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The Site was pulled off by a joint police operation involving officers from Germany, Spain, France and the Netherlands. 250 officers were deployed in raids, assisted by 17 computer specialists in Germany alone.
Acting upon a warrant from the General Prosecutor in Dresden, police have arrested a total of 13 people thus far. A 14th person is still being hunted.
The arrestees are suspected of involvement in a criminal organization with the purpose of committing professional copyright infringement.
Although the site is most popular in German speaking countries. It did not escape the eyes of the MPAA.
“This site linking specializes in illegally making available large amounts of copyrighted movies and TV series in German and other languages.
There are currently more than 300,000 shows that violate and over 66,000 movie available copyright-infringing, “the MPAA wrote at the time.

Duckload is not Kino.to and Duckload is not hosted together with Kino.to.
Kino.to were in russiar + netherlands, Duckload in Germany.
It looks good we are online in 12 hours again. We are not in jail, not anymore.

They have been here with 20 officers. We have around 500 servers, so they wondering “We don’t have enough trucks to transport it”. Tomorrow our lawyers are able to defend all servers, its more then a 80% chance. They don’t want a complaint from us for STEAL that much servers.
edit: Lets wait 10 hours, then we know more about this . I let you know if duckload is 100% done or we are going to be back then. For now all servers are still in place they just cut the fiber nothing else.

The funny thing is: If we have known 2 weeks ago what is going to happen, we can’t change it anyway we can’t prepare for this !
We stay in Germany with all fileservers, our business is legal theres no reason to move out and if they steal all servers tomorrow we are going to take up the whole industry the most judges are going to agree on this.

I am sure there are some hosters here who can guarantee you we are not making any milions with duckload . Last payment was 3 days ago and alertpayment was not that easy because the account got frozen by goverment but you guys will never understand this i guess. Some of you are really stupid retards, sorry for this but it’s real.

They are going to mirror all servers. We try to explain them they need storages for 700.000$ to mirror all files. Well this is payed by taxes from german citizen, so what .
We need to wait another day, maybe we get some information today but i don’t guarantee. At all i would say it looks good.

To be honest with you guys:
The officers and the public prosecutors are reading this topic here but i don’t care. Duckload is very important for me and aswell for you guys ( Payouts, payed premium accounts for one year or more, all the users who like duckload.com ).
For now they hunt me and the deal tomorrow is: I go to the officers and they can get me, interrogate me, put me in jail for some days whatever they want. The only thing i offer is to put all servers online again. Duckload ist not illegal we have no relationship to Kino.to admins or someone else there’s nothing i have to reproach myself.
So let’s hope the guys understand this whole situation. Actually they have no value in putting Duckload offline, so the odds are very good. If they don’t accept the deal you all know what it means: Duckload is gone forever so i want to say sorry in advance to all uploaders and premium buyer if this is going to happen. Believe me our whole team is doing everything in our power to clarify the situation and bring Duckload back as soon as possible.
Thanks to WJunction and all uploaders. ( The most are retarded here i say this honestly but there are some very good guys aswell. )

Kino.to was hosted in netherlands with a redirect to russiar / seychellen. If you host Kino.to in germany datacenter this is getting raided after 1 day.
We are with some services in same data center but we are not the same companies:

Hetzner is domain registar.
We have not only 1 for browsing, there are 20 management servers around, rest is data.
Yesterday there calling me some friends from US they got raided too. It’s just about the relationship they assume to kino.to. No matter if located in US, NL, FR or Germany. They are able to get every DC if they want.
The domain is not blocked.

Please understand, Duckload is a legal business with a legal company in switzerland.
We don’t need any offshore structure or something like this. The whole shit is just because of kino.to relationship ( We don’t have one, THEY THINK WE DOES ).
No fake information, no proxy server, legal business. Understand this please. A lot of lawyers + judges agree on this.

Rapidshare + the mega-network earning a lot i agree but hosts like
Duckload, Putlocker, Socksshare etc. invest all money to traffic, servers, network-stuff, partners etc. + they risk a lot for you uploaders.

On Duckload we have around 80 gbits, served 50 gbits in germany and 30 gbits for the foreigners. So you understand the bandwith is limited there i guess, TRANSIT traffic is not that cheap.
We had no captcha + multi download for free users.
